We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: our finance partners (Huduma Credit, Jamhuri Credit) where necessary to fulfil PAYD agreements; technology partners (BasiGo, Ampersand) for operational purposes; and legal or regulatory authorities when required by law.

Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months. Driver and operational data is retained for the duration of contractual obligations plus any legally required retention period.
